Here’s the creative team writing the series:

Today Magnetic Press announced that they will publish works collected from Eisner and Inkpot Award-winning painter and storyteller Dave Dorman’s WASTED LANDS universe. The hardcover collection will be released in July as DAVE DORMAN’S WASTED LANDS OMNIBUS.
The book will contain a recolored and re-lettered version of the first installment in the RAIL graphic novel series, along with other short sequential tales, illustrated prose novellas, and a plethora of gorgeous concept and character art. Out-of-print original works, previously published in Penthouse Magazine and A-1, will be remastered and supplemented with all-new material to create a comprehensive ‘source book’ for the world. The series is set within Dorman’s original, dystopian universe, a place where the unbridled greed and ambition of a select few combine with out-of-control technology and the supernatural to bring the world to the brink of destruction.
The WASTED LANDS universe will soon also expand into other transmedia, including rich, online content, card games, and tabletop gaming.
I think it’s safe to assume that we’re not getting any new issues of Powers any time soon. This does look interesting though even if Icon has all but sizzled and faded.

Now we head into the next chapter, the marriage of Ash and Sheila. This is pretty huge for the AoD universe because it means Ash is going to stay in the Dark Ages and be a father and husband. It’s going to be a very strange and fun trip.”

Dynamite and Ubisoft To Publish Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Echoes Written by Edmondson @DynamiteComics ubisoft-entertainment
Today, Dynamite Entertainment announced it is teaming up with Ubisoft to release Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Echoes, a thrilling comic book series based on the award-winning Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell video game franchise that has sold more than 27 million copies worldwide since its introduction in 2002.
Splinter Cell Echoes takes place between the events of Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Conviction® and Tom Clancy’s Splinter Cell Blacklist™. The comic book series bridges the gap between the two games with a realistic, original story that sets the tone for the opening events in Splinter Cell Blacklist.
Sam Fisher, once a Splinter Cell–a clandestine elite operative operating in the shadows of the NSA–is now retired. His enemies, however, are not. Haunted by dreams and memories of his past, he struggles to put his life back together. But when a mysterious terrorist organization called KROWE begins pursuing targets around the globe, Sam’s expertise is needed to uncover their endgame and stop them before the deadly plot unfolds.
Acclaimed author Andrew Vachss hits home with an unapologetic approach guaranteed to leave readers with plenty to think about.
Don’t get me wrong I like Q, in fact who doesn’t like Q? It’s the reason they started going to that well so much on TNG and even Voyager if I’m not mistaken. So I’m curious about this series… I don’t know if I’m in love with the idea, but I’m curious.
IDW’s ongoing Star Trek series has pitted the Star Trek crew from the 2009 film franchise against many a challenge and foe, but how will…
